1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety:

  • Baby dresses/toys once used

  • Saree, three-piece, panjabi after washing or wearing

  • Any product with broken tags or missing packaging

  • Discounted or clearance items


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us through Messenger, Email, or Phone.

  2. Provide your order number and issue details (photo/video if needed).

  3. Our support team will review and confirm your return request.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • If the product is unavailable after placing the order

  • If you return an incorrect or defective product

  • Refunds may be given through Bkash, Nagad, or Store Credit

Note: Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after approval.


5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund—based on availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we bear the return shipping cost.

  • If you change your mind, the customer must pay the shipping charge.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
